DESCRIPTION
Tower building on ground floor and 15 above-ground levels, totaling 126 dwelling units, with parking units on 2 underground levels. Structure in reinforced concrete with windbracing partition walls, and masonry perimeter wall. Hydro-pneumatic tank on roof. The project followed the traditional construction system. The project was financed by the National Mortgage Bank, through the "25 de mayo" procedure. Covered area: 11,000 m².
