DESCRIPTION
Tower building with parking units on ground and underground levels, and 30 dwelling units on 15 above-ground levels. Structure in reinforced concrete and exposed concrete on outer beams and columns, with windbracing partition walls, and a masonry external envelope. The project followed the traditional construction system. The project was performed under the "Plan Cóndor" procedure.
